- Recognise, monitor and adopt the fluctuating nature and evolving influences which affect each Australian State’s planning and property industry and appropriately reflect and respond to such change in each State Planning Portal.

The iBURB Planning Portal concept identifies and capitalizes on existing shortcomings within Australia’s property industry, particularly in respect to timing and delays. Indeed, current delays with Australia’s development and planning processes are costing the industry millions of dollars each year. The iBURB Planning Portals have been developed to address current delays by simplifying and accelerating the means by which basic planning and property information can be attained.
With the principle focus on improving the complicated, time consuming and expensive planning processes which currently plague Australia’s planning and property industry, the iBURB Planning Portals provide Australia’s first one stop State by State Information Portals where all planning and property contacts and information can be accessed from one convenient location.
The extensive experience from both sides of the town planning counter gained by the planning team at iBURB ensures commitment to the provision of excellence, accuracy and expedience with all planning and property advice and information provided by each State Planning Portal.
iBURB works alongside a nationally respected multi media Company, Dream Consultancy Pty Ltd, to ensure the excellence in quality of planning and property information is matched or exceeded by excellence in terms of electronic display and timing transfer of such information.
In short, we understand the importance of receiving accurate property and planning information and fully acknowledge the need to access such information as quickly as possible.

Managing Director
Jack is an urban planner with over 20 years experience including 14 years as a consultant to Local Councils, State Government and the development industry within Victoria and New South Wales.
Jack has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the complex local government planning processes and the inherent red tape.
Jack has an acute appreciation of the requirements of a private practice, the importance of timing, cost of delays and frustration of dealing with different planning processes.
